The rule is only one of a given one action modifier/reaction may be played per action per minion. -- L. Greetings to thee... Well, this is probably most boring for all who are in this News Group for some time already, but we in our play circle keep argueing about this one and would apreciate some statements: the rule state that only one of a specific reaction card may be played at a time. Does that mean by ONE Minion? Example: My Predator nastily does a conditioning bleed with a total of 4. I have two untapped Vamps with superior auspex out... so, may I play one Telepathic Counter with each to reduce the bleed to zero??? Is it possible to use two Surprise Influence during a political action when two untapped Vamps are available? Thanks in advance bye Marc ************************************************************************ -- Just Malkavian -- -- A 6000 years old Neonate -- "I cried tears of love as I, with sharp things, sacrificed that which was the first part of my joy, my brother." So you can go ahead and use 2 Telepathic Counters with 2 minions to reduce the bleed completely. In the original Jyhad rules there were conflicting sections of the rules. One stated each minion could use a given reaction card once during an action. The other stated that only one reaction card of a given type could be used per action (which would mean only one TC per bleed regardless of how many minions, also only one Wake per action by a given Meth.) To solve the conflict the Design Team ruled that it was properly one reaction per minion per action. I actually prefered playing the other way, as it made games a little more strategic, having to carefully choose which minion to attempt to block with and so on... but it's not that big of a deal. Just a personal preference from way back when. I hope this helps stephen beaulieu hi...@mail.utexas.edu
