I'm not sure that I understand the system for being burnt by aggravated damage. Here are my questions: 1) If you do 2 aggravated damage to a vampire with one blood, is it burnt? Or does it need to take 3 agg. damage? 2) Does a vampire hit by aggravated damage go directly into torpor at the end of the strike, or does it stay in combat until the end of the round? Please post some answers, these questions have come up over and over again in my games. Thanks!

To burn a vampire you must do x + 2 damage to it where x is the blood on the vampire, and at least two points of the damage is aggravated. A vampire is sent to torpor as soon as a strike which would send it to torpor is resolved. There are no extra stikes, and no presses. : Please post some answers, these questions have come up over and over again : in my games. Thanks! Your welcome, Larrx...

It takes 2 aggravated damage to burn a vampire plus damage equal to the blood remaining on it. Therefore, to burn the vamp, you need atleast 1 regular + 2 aggravated or 3 or more aggravated. Scott.

A vampire must take 2+X points of aggravated damage from a single strike tp be burned (where X is the number of blood on the vampire) Your example vampire would have to take three. Any vampire taking aggravated damage (and not preventing it) goes to torpor when the strike resolves, not waiting for the end of the round. [ quoted text not captured ]
