Some new questions: 1. When you play Body of Sun, how much damage does any Retainer receive? 2. Will Nephandus special ability affect an opponent's weather control or is it a "prevent damage" effect so it won't work with unpreventable damage? 3. Blood of Acid affects the whole combat. What if played, both minions enter a second round of combat, maneuver to long range and make long range damage? BoA can only be played at close range, but is its effect a close range only one? -- Michael Beer, Dortmund, Germany, ICQ 1175389 http://www.noefs.ping.de/user/mike/index.html -------------------------------------------- Life is founded on Chaos. Nephandus only reduces damage that "Opposing minions inflict". Weather Control's damage is environmental - no inflicted by the minion. (But, his reduction ability can reduce "unpreventable" damage done by the opposing minion - like from Blood Sweat) > 3. Blood of Acid affects the whole combat. Hmm. Looks like a sloppy template. Either BoA should only apply to the current round's strike(s), or it should only apply when the range is close. I'll check with the RT on that. (For now, go with the latter, since that doesn't require me to overrule the RT). (*) -- L. Scott Johnson (vte...@wizards.com) Official VtES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast.
