[LSJ] Rules Question(s): Canceling Votes and Multi-oust

Question 1: I have Quentin and my prey has Gratiano. Quentin calls a vote and sunsequently uses his special to cancel Gratiano's votes. My prey then uses Surprise influence to add 2 votes. Are _all_ Gratiano's votes canceled including votes gained after the cancel effect or does he still get the two from Surprise Influence since it was played _after_ his votes were canceled? Also, if Gratiano's votes, being the only Priscus on the table, are canceled, does the subreferendum abstain from voting? Question 2: If multiple players would be ousted from a single effect (i.e., Anarchist Uprising), who would get ousted first, who gains VP and pool? Example: I have 6 pool My Predator has 2 pool and 4 minions My Grandpredator has 1 pool and 3 minions I play Anarchist Uprising and the vote succeds. Although in reality I didn't pull off AU, I figured it would go simultaneously, but that didn't seem to make much sense that my Grand-Grand-Predator would stand to gain a couple of VPs.
