During our last game we got this problem:
A vamp had a XTC-laced blood played on him and went to torpor.
The XTC-card claims that the vampire must hunt that turn. It does
NOT say, that the vampire can ONLY hunt.
The player wanted the vamp to play a Restoration.
My question is:
Is a vampire in torpor still target of XTC-laced blood, or, more in
general, is a vampire in torpor affected by cards that force him to take
certain actions he cannot do (because of torpor)?
Can he play other action-cards in torpor (Restoration, Rapid healing, Movement
of the slow Body etc.) or is he "stunned" by an unsatable appetite?
And:
If a vampire has more than one action: looses he the other actions or does it satisfy
the XTC-laced blood regulation that he hunts once and is after that free to do whatever
he wants (exept hunting: no repeat actions)?

He is still affected. If he is forced to do something which he cannot
do for some other reason, then he is stuck, and does nothing.
For XTC, the affected vampire cannot attempt any non-hunt action until
after he has performed his mandatory hunt for the turn. (So, he can't
take come random action with the promise of a Freak Drive and then
a hunt later). (*)

Restoration is not playable from Torpor. Perhaps you mean Regeneration.
At any rate, if the mandatory hunt is not possible, then the vampire
cannot take any action (even if the 'alternate' action would result
in having the vampire hunt later - like Rapid Healing, Freak Drive,
and hunt). (*)

His first action must be the mandatory one.
If he doesn't hunt with his first action, then he must hunt with
his second - so he's still stuck. So he "loses" both actions until
he can hunt (or loses the XTC).
