Can you play more than one bribes card for one voting action? I do not see why not as you can play several mods (unless it specifically says you cannot; bonding and threats for example) for any particular action. I had 3 bribes cards in my hand last night and I wanted to cycle thru alot of cards that turn and when I threw them down, I was told that I could not. Yes, no? Anyone? Sorrow

Sorrow, Your minion may only play one of any single action modifier per action. The exact quote from the V:tES rule book, p.11, is "Important rule: A minion cannot use two identical action modifier cards to affect the same action." But it seems to me that if you had another minion they could play a second Bribes. I could be wrong of course. ;-)= Doug Dunaway

While you can play several _different_ action modifiers to the same action, you are specifically forbidden in the rules from using the _same_ action modifier by the same minion in an action. > I had 3 bribes > cards in my hand last night and I wanted to cycle thru alot of cards that turn > and when I threw them down, I was told that I could not. > Yes, no? No. Bribes is an action modifier, and you can't play more than one of each action modifier per minion per action. (And, since you can't play bribes and then play Mask1K, there is no way to get a new acting minion into the action, so you're limited to just one Bribe.) (VtES rulebook, section 7.2.2) -- L.
