Gehenna is upon us and everyone is going crazy....
Patrizia Giovanni, Collector of Secrets has Lunatic Eruption on her and
1 blood. Her prey has only Hannigan untapped with 0 blood. Hannigan
has Haven Uncovered played on him. Millicent Smith, Puritan Vampire
Hunter is hanging around Patrizia's hood, so she would like to use the
HU to satisfy her manditory rush. Can she do this?
Sure they are different cards, but can't manditory hunt actions use
other hunt cards?

"Hunt" is one of the basic action types listed in the rulebook. "Enter
combat with another minion" is not. Some cards specifically count as
'hunt actions' per their card text and thus count as such (similarly
there's a bunch of cards that count as an 'equip action' and count/can
be modified as such.)
Since "Enter combat with another minion" is not a default action type,
the various cards that allow you to do that do not count as one another
and are considered seperately for fulfilling mandatory actions (and
none of those cards explicitly state they count as one another.)

Correct.
Patrizia isn't mandated to take "a rush action".
She is required to take the "enter combat with a minion controlled by
his or her prey as a (D) action" action allowed (and required) by
Lunatic Eruption.
