LSJ,
What happens if vampire A plays wolf claws and blur. Does the second
strike even take place? What if vampire B plays fortitude cards? I wont
to know how and when the agg damage works it's magic and what the timing
is.
Thanks

agg damage works when it resolves. In the case of damage done by a strike,
it works when the strike resolves. Which is before Blur can be played.
If the target vampire doesn't prevent the damage, then he goes to
torpor. This ends combat, since combat ends any time one (or both) of
the combatants is no longer ready. So Blur cannot be played, since it
is a combat card and there is no more combat.
If the agg damage was prevented (with "fortitude cards" or whatever),
and this prevention is enough to keep the target out of torpor (and
keep him in the ready region), then combat doesn't end and vampire A
can play Blur.
