1. If a Meth has 3 Short Term Investments in play, and he chooses to skip
his Master Phase phase, will he gain 3 pool or just one?
2. The wording on Sudden Reversal leaves a chance for confusion. Since
is doesn't say "card BEING played" can it be used to remove Master Cards
that move around the table [Millicent Smith or Society of Leopold for
example]. I say no, but my group says Yes.

You spend a master action to pull one counter off one investment.
You can't use multiple investments in a turn unless you have multiple
master actions available.

It's been ruled to only be used immediately after a master card is played;
it can't burn something which has been around for a while. This ruling
was up in the air for a while, but this is how it settled.
