As per the latest ruling, which is doomed to be overturned as soon as
it is inspected by any member of the rules team:
It doesn't matter what the sect of the diabolist is, nor what the sect
of the victim was. Any Methuselah controlling a ready Sabbat vampire
may call a Wild Hunt, and any Methuselah controlling a ready Camarilla
vampire may call a Blood Hunt.
All Methuselahs may vote, using votes from their titled vampires,
burned PAs, the Edge, etc. as usual.
---
This will be (?) overturned and replaced with something akin to the following:
Wild Hunt and Blood Hunt are the same thing, and are handled in exactly
the same way. All Methuselahs may vote, using votes from their titled
vampires, burned PAs, the Edge, etc. as usual. In general, a Wild Hunt
is called if the diabolist is Sabbat, otherwsie a Blood Hunt is called -
but it doesn't matter either way; it's the same thing.
