Hello. I know this matter must already have been adressed, but i can't keep myself from asking, since the answer i found on dejanews does not satisfy me. So, if I play a gangrel-nosferatu deck, and I have in hand the Zoo Hunting Ground, wich of the following options would happen: 1- I will only be able to bring out the Zoo when i'll have a ready gangrel and the blood collected in the blood bank will go either to a gangrel OR a nosferatu. or 2- I will be able to bring out the Zoo whenever I want, but the blood taken from the blodd bank during my untap will go only to a Gangrel. or 3- Anything else ?!? Thanks Jean-François Caron

So you must have, say, Chandler Hungerford ready (or any other Gangrel) to play it. Once it is in play, it doesn't matter who uses it. the card gives blood to a vampire, not to a Gangrel, so any vampire can benefit from it. Also, it doesn't matter if you end up at some point only controlling Nosferatu (once it's in play, say you use a Clan Impersonation or have your vampire burned) - it only needs the Gangrel to *play* it. -- James Coupe

Thus you need a ready Gangrel to bring out Zoo Hunting Grounds, a ready Brujah to play Carthage Remembered, and a ready Ventrue to play Hostile Takeover. For Minion cards that have a clan symbol, a minion of that clan is needed to perform the action. Thus only Setites can play Corruption and only Assamites can equip with Kali's Fang (though other vampires could later gain control of it). And for Hunting Grounds, ANY ready vampire you control can gain the blood, regardless of clan. So overall, your Option #1 was correct. Halcyan 2
