Does using the blood doll to draw a blood into your own pool actually
take your master phase?? or can a master still be played after taking the
blood?

No....the blood must just be given or taken from the doll during your
master phase.....we also decided in our games that since placing the doll
on a vampire IS the master phase that none can be taken or given until
the next round since once the card is placed your master phase is over.

Using the Blood Doll does not take your Master phase. You can Doll off a
vampire *and* play a Master card during your Master phase. You can play a
Blood Doll as your Master card, then draw a blood since it is still your
Master phase. However, it doesn't matter how many Blood Dolls you stack
on one vampire, you can't pull more than one blood off of it during your
Master phase.
The only thing that makes you skip your entire Master phase is playing an
Out-of-Turn card.

It just has to be done during your master phase, it doesn't have any
effect on your master phase.

Which implies that you cannot use it if you used an out-of-turn master since
your last turn. The cost of playing an out-of-turn master is quite high.
I've seen people loose because of such mistakes...

It's more than an implication - it's a straight-up fact. If you play an
out-of-turn card, you don't get to use your Blood Dolls next turn,
because you don't get a master phase *at all*.

I think it's the other way around Brian, If you have multiple Blood
Dolls, you can take multiple blood of them, right Tom?

From the card:
"Place this card on a vampire you control. You may move 1 blood from this
vampire to your blood pool or from your blood pool to this vampire during
each of your master phases for the remainder of the game."
Note that you cannot move blood to or from the Blood Doll itself. Blood
Doll (or Dolls) imparts the new ability to the vampire. The Blood Doll
card stays as a marker, but isn't required. You could still move 1 blood
to or from this vampire for the remainder of the game without or without
the card on the table.

However, the card does not state that it is non-cumulative. As I seem to
remember has been stated by Tom Wylie on rulings about cards and their
cumulative nature, unless it states that it is non-cumulative or it is the
"Army of Rats" (which should state that it is non-cumulative), then the
card *is* cumulative.
I believe each "Blood Doll" (which is *not* an ability, but a human -- see
the Jyhad Player's Guide) does allow you to move 1 blood each. Combined
with "The Rack", this allows a 2 pool per turn gain (massive "blood
straw")!

You can make use of multiple Blood Dolls in a single master phase, even
if they are on the same vampire. Blood Doll is not like the Investments
in this respect.

Seems odd, but hey! I'll do it gladly!
