Just one. Each imbued can burn 1 conviction to inflict 1 damage. Not X
conviction to inflict X damage.

I would like to go on record as the inventor of the phrase
"Pillowfacing" in reference to burning the Imbued. It is slightly more
prestigous than being responsible for the "Bakija Gambit", which I
didn't actually name...

I did a Bakija Gambit last weekend!!! For some reason, it doesn't
feel as bad doing it when you know there's a name for it. Sorta like
finding out from a doctor that there's a name for the disease you've
been diagnosed with. :)

...er...you mean, besides one derived from your's. Hoping to avoid
the "Robert Goudie self-inflicted disaster", I take it? ;-)

I gotta tell you, the name helps, but if you perform the Gambit while
Peter is at the same table, you feel really really good. I mean, you
feel dumb at first, but then you're like, "hey, cool, Peter is here!"
and everything is right with the world.
Xian
anxious to Bakija Gambit in LA!

Heh. That was possibly the highpoint of Origins, for my money. I mean,
like, it wasn't as if I was winning anything, so I take the joy where
I can get it :-)
