The zip gun says it functions as a weapon- does this mean I can use ammo cards with a zip gun? I assume it's also treated as an equipment card...

[ quoted text not captured ] Current card text (most recent printing): Before range is determined, put this card on this minion. This card represents an equipment card and doesn't count as a combat card while in play. This equipment is a Weapon: Gun. Ammo cards cannot be used with this gun. It does 1R damage each strike, with an optional maneuver each combat. Bearer takes 1 damage during strike resolution when this gun is used, but only once each combat. This card is kept as normal equipment and not discarded after combat. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. Basically, is the zip gun a good way for a free manuver each combat?

Moot. If you use the maneuver, that means you strike with the gun. [6.4.3] [ quoted text not captured ]

Basically, is the zip gun a good way > for a free manuver each combat? > As per section 6.4.2 in the rulebook it states: If a minion uses the maneuver from a strike card or a weapon, he is effectively choosing his strike as well. So if you use the maneuver from the zip gun, you have already chosen to strike with the zip gun. Archibald Zimonyi Malkavian Prince of Gothenburg
