Screaming Vermillian

So Victor went anarch, was banished and then I influence him back into play. I desire to pay pool to give him a title, because it hurts my head. I'm assuming I can't do this, or there will be no effect when I do? Thanks!

[ quoted text not captured ] He's still an anarch. The new title should replace his existing title (if any) and then immediately go inert. > Thanks! No problem Witness1 -ItE

Much like Mata Hari calling a Praxis Seizure, it should replace any existing title, and go immediately inert. Witness1 -ItE

No. http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/index.php?line=rulebook 10. Vampire Sects A vampire must belong to the appropriate sect to receive a title. If he's an Anarch (and therefore Independent), he cannot receive the title. Titles going inert applies to vampires who already have a title who change sect. A vampire of an inappropriate sect cannot receive the title in the first place. -- James Coupe PGP Key: 0x5D623D5D YOU ARE IN ERROR. Correct. If Victor becomes Anarch (or otherwise switched sects) and is then Banished, he cannot receive a title from his special when he again enters play.
