two quick questions
question #1 , situation:
Minion A bleeds succesfully
Minion B (under the control of the meth being bled) is tapped -
can minion B play wake with evening freshness (or similar effects/cards)
and react with touch of pain ?
question #2
referendum of a political action is being conducted.
a reacting vampire B of a capacity inferior to 7 plays delaying tactics
The acting vampire can play superior aproximation of loyalty
to cancel vampire B delaying tactis ?

Ok - this mean that during a referendu you can play cards
not directly influencing the referendum/votes, albeit pertinent
to certain effects / cards being being played during the referendum,
is right ?
