I'm planning to attend the EC in Torino this year.
I have qualified in the US this year. Does that count as a qualifying spot
for Europe?

For instance, I played the 2004 and 2005 NAC having qualified in
Europe.

For championships outside of Australia, the rule is the same as last year: The
top 25% (round up) of the non-qualifed players at a Continental Qualifier become
qualified.
