Prince application

I am living in Hong Kong, and I would like to organize the storyline tournament in September. However, there is no Prince in Hong Kong. Yesterday, I sent and email to Carl for application. How long does the process usually take? I am afraid there isn't enough time to get the tournament ready ......

Vampire the Eternal Struggle is not a Mega hit in Hong Kong, there is only 1 CCG shop that have VtES in stock.
