Vamp A takes an action that is blocked by Vamp B controlled by his prey. Vamp B sends Vamp A to torpor in the resulting combat. Can Vamp A use freakdrive to untap even though he is in torpor?

[ quoted text not captured ] You mean you can't play cards if you don't have the blood to pay for them? Why do people keep introducing such complicated rules? --Colin McGuigan

[ quoted text not captured ] Lack of smileys is causing an issue, here. Did you really mean this question to prompt a response, or were you speaking in jest? > --Colin McGuigan Kevin M., Prince of Henderson, NV (USA) "Know your enemy, and know yourself; in one-thousand battles you shall never be in peril." -- Sun Tzu, *The Art of War* "Contentment... Jest. (I assumed that labelling "having to have blood to pay for a card to pay it" as a "complicated rule" would be obvious. I'll be more careful in the future.) (But speaking of complicated rules, I was just informed today that if you don't have enough pool to pay for a card, you can't play it either. Sigh. I harken back to the good ol' days where everything was simple, and all the rules fit on a single card, instead of this booklet-thing.) (Oh, oops. Almost forgot: =P ) --Colin McGuigan
