Can someone please clarify: If a vote card says: "called by any Prince or Justicar at +1 stealth," does that mean that the vote can _only_ be called by a Prince or Justicar, or that only a Prince or Justicar will get +1 stealth when calling the vote? Thanks, KM

In article <01beea85$f5f0c6e0$81a5...@dapatrin.riderlaw.com>, [ quoted text not captured ] Only a Prince or Justicar may call the vote. The same effect goes for any vote that says "called by a Sabbat vampire" or "called by a Camarilla vampire" you must be what it is to call the vote at all. Carpe Noctem.
