Form of Mist/WWEF

This came up this evening, and I was wondering what was correct. Vamp A with sup prot is blleding. Vamp B is tapped, but uses wwef to block. Combat happens; Vamp A uses Form of Mist to continue at +1 stealth; can vamp B use intercept and try to block again? Ie, does the wwef last til the action resolves, or until the block attempt results in combat? Pol the Troll
