TOM 960413:
At the end of each combat (and after each action), replace any "do not replace
until after combat" cards that have been played since the last end of combat.
</tom>
Bum's Rush, clearly, has been played since the end of the combat preceding
it, so is not redrawn until the end of combat.

Nay.

Sure thing.

The rule is one action modifier per minion per action. So A can attempt
an action, B can Mask, and A can Mask back. That's it.

go ahead, wreck your life: that might be good
who can say what's wrong or right? nobody can
1. If Bum's Rush is blocked, can the acting player redraw to his full
hand size?
(I think no, other players think yes)
2. If a minion under the effect of a Wake of Evening's Freshness uses
Obedience, does he untap?
3. The correct use of Anathema:
If the minion with Anathema manages to reduce his blood level to 0
blood, the effect does not trigger.
Does the effect trigger always if the opposing minion reduce him from a
blood level >0 to a blood level <=0?
Example: Minion B suffers from Anathema and has 2 blood
Minion A strikes Minion B for 5 damage, Minion B strikes back for 1.
Does Anathema trigger?
4. Is it possible that an action is overtaken several times by the same
vampire with Mask of 1k Faces?
Example:
Minion A attempts action
Minion B plays Mask of 1k Faces to take the action over
Minion A plays Mask of 1k Faces to take the action over
Minion B plays Mask of 1k Faces to take the action over again
It might be possible since the minion seeming to act before never
actually was "responsible"
It might be impossible if the action somehow remembers which minion
played which modifier over the course
of the action

No. Card text.

No.

Outside of combat, correct.
By paying costs of cards/effects, correct.

Yes.

No. The same minion cannot play the same action modifier more than
once per action.
