Shawn,
Assuming you hold to your bi-monthly schedule of reading this group,
allow me to add one more to the ever-increasing, never-dwindling stack
of unanswered questions (UAQ) for this group:
At what times during the minion phase can you burn temptation counters
to take control of a vampire?
If this answer is other than "all" or "any except when the vampire is
in combat", then please explain the reason behind the Heidelburg
Castle ruling and why it differs from this one.
Example:
Can I take control of the vampire after he is declared as attempting
to block my current action (but before the block is resolved)?
