Q: Life Boon and Courier

What happens if multiple Life boons are played on same Methuselah? I.e. Player #1 LB's player #2 and then some rounds later player #2 is ousted and player #5 LB's player #2. Then player #2 ousts player #3, who gets the VP? I'd guess player #1 and then if player #2 ousts player #4 player #5 gets that VP. Is this correct? As for Courier, if I bleed someone successfully with the Courier, can I use the same Courier's ability to look at the top card of the library, eventhough he is tapped and cannot discard it? (I'd assume so but want to be sure).
