Scott, If say an anarch vampire with PRO and tha is blocked after playing a Loose Cannon and then plays a Form of Mist and is subsequently blocked again, does that vampire get to move the 2 blood twice if Loose Cannon is played at inferior thaumaturgy? -- Comments Welcome, Norman S. I see a card... it's an action modifier card... it has a man on it... it's called, "Change of Target"... I see a table with some disgruntled VTES players sitting around it... I see an ash heap, with a large number of Crocodile Tongue's and Loose Cannons in it... I see an elderly Toreador with Aching beauty, Thaumaturgy skill card and a Galarrics Legacy... I see people trying to block a big PRE bleed, burning three blood, one pool, having two blood stolen, and *then* seeing the action cancelled and the acting minion untapped... muahahaha! That's the next deck I'm making, for sure. Going to be fun.

Uhm.. change of target cancels the current action, there for modifing effects to the action are not carried over to the next action you call. Form of mist (and shadow body, elder impersonation etc) allow you to CONTINUE the same action as if unblocked, therefor the modifying effects stay there. With the aching beauty change of target works offcourse, if you get blocked bleeding, change of target and then do a political action, get blocked chage of target and whatever... but that's not the same as say, bleed get blocked (have opponent pay for the aching beauty(beauties)), form of mist superior, get blocked again (opponent pays again) etc.

A high cap Toreador with a few Aching Beauties bleeds with Legal Manipulations, plays Perfect Clarity, Seductions, Deed the Heart's Desire (just to choose the potential blocker) and of course the Loose Cannon, gets blocked and plays Crocodile's Tongue, burns the few pool off the prey, some blood from a non-blocker (and some from the blocker with Camarilla Exemplary & the like), goes into the combat, plays Form of Mist to continue, gets blocked again, plays Elder Impersonation, gets blocked by another vamp and either Changes the Target or goes through with an Aire of Elation, or plays Psychomania or, or.. Hey, a Baali Anarch that impersonates Toreador and.. And of course you can't forget Approximation of Loyalty, Call of the Hungry Dead and and.. :) //T
