Question: Does Eternal Vigilance act like a permanant Eagles Sight? Does this allow you to Block any action (provided that you meet the intercept)?

Feel free to use a Wake or a Froced. now imagine Anneke clan impersonating in toreador antitribu, having Cardinal benediction played on her, she has the option to untap with Eternal vigilance no matter who's acting, because his special ability says she can attempt to block every action. reyda
