Hi all,
I have two questions. One is if Neonate Breach gives 3 additional
pool damage for each and every 1 to 4 cap vamps. 3 such vamps, for
example, should inflict 10 pool damage. I think not, but want to make
sure.
Next is about the ability of Leandro and ousting. Suppose that I have
Leandro, and my predator declares not to pay 1 pool during the untap.
My predator ousts me during that turn. Is he still bound to the
ability of Leandro, making him unable to Influence anybody? I think
not, but want to make sure.

Card text confirms: "Each chosen Methuselah burns 1 pool plus 3 additional pool
if he or she controls a ready vampire of capacity 4 or less."

He is, as confirmed by card text. During his untap phase, he chose to lose all
transfers during his next influence phase.
