Question about Golcanda IP and Huitzilopochtli.....

hello i have a question for each of these cards, would greatly appreciate all input on it, after playing golcand ip on a vampire and removing him from the game, can the same vampire be influenced out again from the uncontrolled region, can you use huitzilopochtli's game text more than once during the master phase thanks in advance mike

Vampires being removed from play/burned/Golcondaed/diablerized/whatever has no effect on bringing the same vampire out again later--a common old deck type involved a crypt of nothing but Anson; bring out Anson, Minion Tap Anson, Golconda Anson, bring out Anson again, and so on.
