Rules question, a bit confused here

In a game last Wednesday, my prey calls a Charming lobby, vote being Kindred Restructure. Then during the block attempts, a Daring teh Dawn is played to make it unblockable. At this point my predator plays a Delaying tactics. My question is, what in the heck happens? We had a bit of confusion on this, I think finally we just ruled that the Daring the Dawn does send the vampire to torpor, untapped, with kindred restructure in hand, but not charming lobby. Was this correct?
