Carthage Remembered

Carthage Remembered is a non-unique Master, can multiple copies be in play and are they cumulitive, so that after I have 3 in play I get a +3 stealth on bleed actions, or do they just line up meaning that all the extra's need to be burned before I lose the +1 stealth.
