Hi all, Just wondering if anyone knows of a program (preferably free) that will periodically search ebay for cards that I need and let me know when it finds one. Thanks, John

If it lists the card, it is for sale: http://vtesinla.org/db_prices.asp?Cat1=%5BAvgPrice%5D&LTorGT1=GT&val1=1.00&Cat 2=%5BAvgPrice%5D&LTorGT2=LT&val2=999.00&chk4Sale=YES If the above wraps funny or truncates, try this: http://vtesinla.org/db_prices.asp and check the "Show Only For Sale Items" checkbox -Robert

I know the site well and has come in very handy at times. But I'm looking for something even less hands on. Something where I can enter a list of terms and it will check them once or twice a day, that sort of thing. It seems there are tools for sniping auctions, keeping track of auctions across multiple sites, listing multiple items etc etc... but I just can't seem to find this one (one would think simple) tool. *sigh* John

Copernic Agent Pro can do it. you can enter search terms and have the program track the search periodically. it will send you an e-mail with new results when it finds some. pretty handy. and it can also search on many search engines simultaneously and aggregate the results. http://www.copernic.com/ -- charles lechasseur - da...@novideospamtron.ca

Just enter the search parameters and search. On the results page, click on "Add to My Favorite Searches" (if the search produced no hits, click on "Email me" under the "alternative searches" heading" instead). Then follow the instructions to receive daily email updates when new items show up that match your search. Ebay allows 100 "active" favorite searches at a time. If you need more, you'll have to create multiple usernames and email addresses with Ebay. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. The ebay internal search and notify function as defined by LSJ works really well. I use it all the time. Free and effective.
