the Imp. She can not damage it but burning is not damaging. So Carna
can eat the hapless demon who took the wrong target to molest, right?

Well, that's doing damage, which isn't exactly the same thing as a
"burn retainer" ("not damaging") effect like the ones above, but yes, it
will work to get the Imp off of you.
