Couple of questions from our tournament.

A couple of questions in games I was involved in came up in our Fort Collins, Colorado Storyline tournament (which the Nosferatu won, by the way). 1. Some of us thought that you couldn't play a political action card for a vote during a blood hunt. Can you? 2. I was playing Baali (I came second!) and it was ruled that if I jumped to my master phase (played a master) and forgot to pay for the Infernalism then my Baali were tapped and I couldn't go back. What would be an official ruling on this? That's all, thanks. Neil Paananen

Penalty Guidelines section 114 - Procedural Error - Misrepresentation Baali are tapped by the Infernal Rule only during the untap phase, not at other times. You (the judge) either let it stand (not likely, since this will almost certainly represent a benefit for the player committing the infraction), retro it (allow the player to make the choice and redo all of the events that had occured since then) or provide "some other game saction" to maintain the balance of the table. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
