Harrod plays maneuver with his magnum...before strike he plays Disguised
Weapon and lets his Ghoul Retainer shoot with it. Is this legal? I'd suppose
so but want to be sure.

To be clear: Harrod strikes with his magnum and the Ghoul Retainer uses
the weapon retrieved with Disguised Weapon.

Can Harrod play an immortal grapple and his retainer still use the weapon to
shoot?

Yes (at close range).
He would then be prevented from striking.

Yes. IG only affects strikes. The retainer's effect is not a strike.

This is the combo a guy in my group used. He made a deck based on ghoul
retainers, flamethrowers and IG :) Expensive strategy though!
