In plenty of time for the North American Continental Championship. Another set of Bounties will be announced this week, one of which will be Instability (art on the box) for the top player with 85% or more of their deck as 3rd Edition cards. http://www.thelasombra.com/NAC2006/

A post on the WW forum (not from LSJ) states October 3. Now we have October 1 as a contender. > In plenty of time for the North American Continental Championship. > That was never an issue, but the exact date could matter for (1) pick-up tournaments in Atlanta that want to be sanctioned and (2) local tournaments the weekend prior to NAC. - Pat

Pick up tournaments cannot be sanctioned. http://www.white-wolf.com/vtes/index.php?line=veknRules Section 2.2 of the tournament rules. 4.3 of the same rules state: "30 days after their retail release date. " September 4th was the release date. October 3rd is the first date for sanctioned construced events.
