Hi LSJ and everybody,
I have a rule question. Consider the following situation :
One of my vampires takes an action and gets blocked. Combat occurs and
ends. After that one of my other minions play Hidden Lurker to start
another combat. The new combat begins I do my strike the other minion
cannot strike because of Hidden Lurker and combat ends (no presses).
Then I play Psyche! to start a new combat. Can the opposing minion
strike in the first round of the new combat ? I am not sure because on
Hidden Lurker it reads "The first round of combat, the block minion
cannot use any strikes ..." and not "In the first round of this
combat".

Hidden Lurker :
[obf] Usable only by an untapped vampire other than the acting minion
after the acting minion is blocked and combat is over. Tap this
vampire. This vampire now enters combat with the blocking minion. The
first round of combat, the blocking minion cannot use any strikes (not
even the default hand strike). [OBF] As above, but with an optional
press.
Psyche :
[cel] Press. [CEL] Only usable at the end of a combat when both
combatants are still ready. Enter combat with the opposing minion.
This is a new combat.
